Grant is the newest member of the Allsco Team, starting in May, 2020. Grant’s has extensive experience in Sales, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations in the cable / phone / internet industry. Grant’s leadership, positive outlook and entrepreneurial spirit will be an asset to an already successful and passionate Leadership Team. Grant is a proud Maritimer who is excited to be part of an organization that has become a pillar in the communities we serve. When not at work, you will find Grant spending time with his wife and two sons. Grant and his family are passionate about sports and are all active in hockey, golf and lacrosse as fans or players. Grant is a patient Montreal Canadiens fan who also cherishes watching the Los Angeles Chargers play with his boys each Sunday of the NFL season.
Larissa has been working at Allsco since 2007, taking on various roles in Customer Service, Dispatching and most recently Purchasing. While Larissa has been working full time for the past 10 years, her presence in the company dates back to when she was about 5 years old. Being the grand-daughter of Don Lahanky, the window industry pioneer who founded Allsco, Larissa spent a lot of time with her grandfather and other family members at the Allsco office. Now Larissa is the Customer Service Manager at Allsco, and oversees the inside sales team and warranty department in an effort to provide the best possible experience to our valued customers. When she’s not at work, Larissa enjoys spending time with her family, going on road trips and shoe shopping!
André started his professional career working in various customer service and sales roles. When he started working in the windows and doors industry in 2004, he quickly realized that he had found his passion and hasn’t turned back since. André joined the Allsco team on February 4th 2009 and it wasn’t long before he felt right at home. He started in the purchasing department and has progressed all the way to Operations Director. Besides overseeing operations and ensuring efficiency, André is also a product guru, the go-to guy for product related questions and advice. When he’s not at work André loves playing the guitar, spending time with his family, and has a strong affinity for Boston cream donuts.
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Charles joined the Allsco team in 2013 as Sales Manager. He was responsible for overseeing, motivating and managing the sales team. Charles quickly progressed to the role of Director of Business Development and is now also responsible for marketing and customer relationship building activities and strategies. Charles loves working with the Allsco team and when he’s not at work he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and kayaking.
One of the newer members of the Allsco family, Natasha has been with the team since October 2016. She has worked in recruiting since 1997 and before Allsco was at Canada Bread for five years as Human Resources Coordinator. Natasha is very energetic and caring, and she always has a positive outlook. Her bubbly personality shines through in everything that she does as the lead of Human Resources at Allsco, so much so that her nickname is the “Head of the Sunshine Committee”. When she’s not at work Natasha loves spending time with her family of five.
Ashley joined the Allsco team as Controller Maritimes in May 2020. Ashley brings with her 12 years of experience in Supply Chain finance in the consumer packaged goods industry, with an accounting background as well as process improvement experience, she is excited to learn and add value in a new industry and with a new team. Through the winter if Ashley’s not at the rink ringing her cowbell she’s probably skiing with her son and husband. In the summer you’ll likely find her on the beach or at the lake, camping or spending time with family and friends and sometimes playing co-ed softball…but not well. She also loves to cook and bake for friends, family and even co-workers any chance she can get. She’s also very funny – just ask her!
